By default, your order is covered by our Return Assurance Protection Program allowing you to return your product for any reason within 30 days (Item doesn't fit, (Item doesn't fit, no longer needed, arrived too late, customization error, etc.)

Visit the Seel Resolution Center for more information and to generate your return request. A return shipping label will be generated for your return ($15 shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund.)

Please note that returns due to wrong/defective/damaged items will be handled through our Product Guarantee Program.

The cost of SHIPPING is included in your products cost. Some items offer EXPEDITED shipping for an additional charge, at your request.

At least 50%, and up to 75%, of the profit from your purchase is donated to the booster club or organization you have selected above. The default choice is set to your school's athletic booster club - or for club specific items, their booster club. You can find out about more about each booster club or group at the bottom of our Fundraising page.

If you choose to add an additional cash donation to your order ALL of your cash donation will go directly to the booster club or organization you choose.

Please note that all of our products are made to order which means we start our production process within a few hours of when you make your purchase.

Most production times are in the 2-4 business day range, but some items may take longer. Estimated production times are listed above in the Product Details section.

Note that shipping times are carrier estimates and they can vary depending on the time of year and destination location. When your order leaves the production facility we have no control over the shipping process - other than to track your order with you.

We will issue you a tracking number to help us follow your order. Some orders will ship from different production facilities, depending on the type of product.
