RETURNS: All of our products are made to order and generally we do not offer the option to return an item. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned due to the nature of their design content.

REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for print on demand items. Your product was produced especially for you, at the time of order, and not part of any stocked, pre-printed inventory.

LATE OR MISSING PRODUCT: All items are printed at the time of order. Some items ship from different manufacturing partners which may require more than one shipment. If your purchase isn't received by the time expected, please check your tracking number(s), check with a neighbor, your local Post Office, or contact us via email.

SALE ITEMS: At times we may offer discounted product. While these offers are seasonal, they are still for print on demand product. Any discount is for marketing purposes, not overstocking of an item.

EXCHANGES: If your order is damaged or of poor print quality please notify us - with supporting pictures - of the issue and we'll work to get you an exchanged item as quickly as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
